Preheat oven to 350
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl
Mix 1 cup of breadcrumbs with 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese in a bowl
Dip chicken in eggs
Dip chicken in breadcrumbs
Fry chicken for one and a half minutes on each side
Lay chicken out on paper towels to drain off excess oil
